Our aim is to become your favourite source of competitively priced fixings, fittings & accessories. We're small enough to be able to offer you personal service - you're not just a customer number on a database.

If you call us you can speak to the person in charge not a call centre.

All our stock levels are live and we will be adding new products on an on-going basis.

Unlike some other web stores, we don't artificially bulk out our website with stuff we don't have in stock. We think there's nothing more frustrating than this policy and we simply don't do it.

If the website says it's in stock then it's ready for immediate dispatch (unless we have made an error with the inventory, which is rare!!).

Our website is very safe -  your payment details are not held on file.
